Never. We don't run automated marketing or send anything to the recipient until you tell us to. Even gift cards stay quiet, we hold the surprise on your timeline.
Gift cards: same day, usually within a few hours. A private session: limited by the studio calendar, but we can often turn one around within 2–3 weeks. A commissioned piece: 4–12 weeks depending on the build, sometimes faster for small leather goods.
Yes, many gifts are designed for two. We're happy to host you both, whether that's a side-by-side session at the bench or just being there for the unboxing. Tell us in your inquiry.
Commissioned pieces ship anywhere. For experience gifts, the gift card path is usually the cleanest, they redeem on a future visit, or you can travel together. We can also recommend partner makers in other regions.
Always. Every gift goes out with a handwritten card on cotton paper. You write the note in your inquiry, we transcribe it exactly.
$180 covers a single private workshop seat. $350 covers a couple's session. $500–$1,500 covers most commissioned leather goods. $1,800+ covers bespoke shoes. We're happy to suggest a number based on what you have in mind.
